Our customers’ products are very important to us. We handle them with care from collection to drop off.

Our vans all have plenty of strapping and blankets on board to secure products in place for the journey. All drivers wear safety gear including gloves, safety boots, hi visibility garments and hard hats if required on sites.

If your products are of a specialist nature and require extra care when handling, then it would be worth having a member of our team visit to take a more detailed look at the products.

We will be able to provide a solution as to how best to ship the goods, and we can even have a ‘trial run’ of loading up one of our vans with the items to see how they fit once on board. That way, if there are any problems with product safety and security such as the need for extra blankets or padding, they can be ironed out before the actual run takes place.

It is also very important to us to stay within the regulations of load capacity. When loading a vehicle our drivers will be there to advise how best to load the items onto the van to keep within these strict regulations.
