Our staff are all dedicated, reliable and trustworthy members of the team, and these attributes are what you will experience when you use our services. We go the extra yard to get to know you and your products so that we can give you the best service possible.

Our timekeeping is impeccable and we strive to be there on time, whatever the time may be. If unforeseen circumstances cause delays then we will contact you to inform you of the situation so that you can respond accordingly.

All our drivers have Bluetooth mobiles and are contactable at all times, so if you need an update on your consignment, it’s not a problem.

British Weather!

This year in particular has seen some pretty sever snowy weather. This had a negative impact on most services in the UK including delivery services. With the majority of roads deemed impassable for the first few days we made the decision to cancel all deliveries. We felt that sending our drivers out onto the roads was not the right decision, not just for their safety but for product safety too. We kept in close contact with our customers and rescheduled the deliveries as soon as the roads became safe.

We now keep an eye on the weather forecasts as we don’t want to get caught out for a second time, so if severe weather hits the UK again in the future, we will be prepared and ready to react in the best way for us all.
